About as tough as it gets! Rough conditions need rugged products

CF Cases are approved, registered military contractors supplying Government establishments and other defence contractors in all parts of the world, including NATO countries, with a broad range of transit and equipment protection systems.

The Company is highly experienced in the development of ruggidised cases for computers and telecommunications "commercial off-the-shelf" (COTS) equipment for worldwide transit and field use. These include proven designs for in-case, fully operational systems.

Holding British Standard EN ISO 9001:2000 the Company design and manufacture to the performance requirements of Air Transport Association of America, ATA 300 CAT 1 for continuous airfreight movement including the water spray test cycle. CF Heavy-Duty Flight and Ruggidised Cases are also approved by the M.O.D. in accordance with Defence Standard 81-41 Level 3 and 07-55 and are NATO codified.

A range of styles produced to virtually any size including 483mm (19") rack-mountable variations which can be fitted with standard or with anti-vibration frames. A comprehensive range of standard and bespoke 19" rack accessories are also available.

All products have outer cases designed for the task with internal fittings to match the most rigorous specifications. Computer-routed foam inners provide maximum additional protection.

Where offshore and naval applications demand more specialised environmental protection, then structural resin-moulded cases are available in a range of standard sizes being water and dustproof in accordance with IP67.

CF Heavy-Duty and Ruggidised Cases can be developed to meet the performance and specification requirements of Defence Standard 81-41 up to level J, also Stanag 4280, and Mil Std 810F.
